Cultural Stories of the Swan River, cruising on the iconic Crystal Swan
The Swan River, or Derbarl Yerrigan Bilya, as it’s known in Nyoongar language, has been the main conduit between the Inland Plains and the Indian Ocean for centuries, and holds a special significance for many cultures. None more so than the region’s traditional owners, the Whadjuck Nyoongar people, who have occupied this land for over 40,000 years.
Join us on the multi award winning Crystal Swan for a culturally immersive cruise and an unforgettable educational experience. Enjoy stories at numerous points of interest and tales of Aboriginal history and culture from traditional owners Kerry-Ann Winmar and Nick Abraham.
Guests will be offered ‘bush tucker’ provided by Perth’s premier native produce caterers.
Experience the constantly changing flavours and textures of the Noongyar six seasons, featuring West Australian seafood, game and specially sourced ingredients.
